Golf Scramble coming up!

Class of 2024 fundraiser....Final Online Auction!!!!!! Thanks to all who participated in the first four auctions. As a reminder: The HHS Class of 2024 will be hosting a golf scramble on Saturday, August 28th. As of right now, the scramble has 19 teams entered. There is still time and room to put a team together. Please email Matt Murray at matthew.murray@schools.hermon.net. After the scramble, we will host a silent auction, where you can bid on items such as hair salon certificates, autographed sports memorabilia, golf gear, and SOOOO many gift cards. All proceeds from both events will go towards the Class of '24 prom, senior banquet, and graduation. Our last item is a $20 gift card to Moe's BBQ. In the comments of this post, bid for the item. Bids will be open through this Sunday evening, August 22nd, at 6pm. The winner will be contacted privately on facebook. We will close the virtual auction with a comment. Let the bids begin!

Update on HHS opening plan.

Yesterday 29 Seniors came in for our Common Application Workshop to get a head start on their college applications. It was wonderful seeing them and we look forward to the Class of 2022 and their year!

There is room still to sign up and play (We are currently at 18 teams) and players can contact Matt Murray at matthew.murray@schools.hermon.net. After the Scramble we will hold a silent auction which will be available to golfers and the public. Over the next few weeks items will be previewed here on our facebook page and auctioned off virtually. Our fourth item is a Boston Red Sox '47 Snapback Hat from Lids. The value of this item is around $35. In the comments of this post, bid for the item. Bids will be open through this Sunday evening, August 15th, at 6pm. Class of 2022! We are looking forward to our Common Application Workshop this coming Tuesday! We will start with a 9am presentation in the auditorium from Chris Richards, Vice President of Enrollment Management, from the University of Maine. REMINDER ABOUT TOMORROW!

To Grade 9, 10, and 11 students: In lieu of returning your devices on collection day, you will have the option of keeping your laptop over the summer break. For more information on the requirements, please see the URL below. If you wish to keep your laptop over the summer break, please ask a parent to complete the online form. This form will also cover assignment and usage of the laptop in the upcoming school year. Upon completing this form, you can continue to use your laptop upon returning to school in the upcoming 2021-2022 school year. If your family elects not to complete this form, the laptop will need to be returned on collection day with all accessories (charger, cable, and carrying bag). Seniors, prom is fast approaching - May 29th at 7pm at the Peaks Hill Lodge! Do not miss out on this "Night to Remember" where there will be dancing, snacks, and many prizes! Prizes will be handed out throughout the night, including gift cards (Cabelas, Dunkin, Starbucks, Dairy Queen, and more..) and a grand prize of Apple AirPods!
